I think we feel that we are failing ourselves and other women if we aren’t hustling and climbing the career ladder. But sometimes, we just aren’t in the right position, and pushing forward doesn’t necessarily lead us to a better situation–it just makes us feel less and less like ourselves, and gradually more jaded.
