Think Happy. Be Happy. (A Challenge For You!)

Happy Saturday, followers!

If you are reading this, it means I have a challenge for you, and it is simply worded: think happy thoughts.

When something bad happens today, respond with positivity or don’t respond at all. Don’t add to the negativity by letting a complaint slip your lips. For example, if someone cuts you off on the road today, instead of cursing them to hell, just let it go. The only one who is changed by your anger is you.

The truth is, we are all lucky to be breathing, even through the messes life throws at us. “I’m alive” is enough of a reason to celebrate, and enough of a reason not to let negativity creep in. If you practice this mindfully, your day will most likely be better. You may have the same amount or even more inconveniences, but you will feel better about them. Trust me.

Give it a shot all day today. I challenge you.
